Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Kokeshi Gallery, represented by Fakapapa bv., sells Kokeshi Art both new and vintage or used. The product description clearly states when an art work is new or vintage/used. Vintage or used Kokeshi Art often have scratches, bruises or discolorations which are part of the item's past. Kokeshi Gallery provides pictures in order to let the Customer assess the quality of the items. If the Customer receive an item that differs a lot from the pictures, he/she may contact the Seller through the contact form to find together an arrangement. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Kokeshi Gallery will ask for pictures of the item and a receipt or proof of purchase. Whether the item will be reimbursed and whether the item will need to be sent back to us will be part of the arrangement.

If the Customer receives the items broken or damaged because of problems during shipment, he may contact Kokeshi Gallery to find together an arrangement. Kokeshi Gallery will ask the for pictures of the item and the original invoice. Whether the item will be reimbursed and whether the item will need to be sent back to us will be part of the arrangement.

The items sold on Kokeshi Gallery are not toys, nor made to be played with or used by children. The items are Art and serve a decorative purpose. Kokeshi Gallery, represented by Fakapapa bv., is not reliable for any damage caused by the use of our products. Kokeshi Gallery does not reimburse damages that may be caused by the use of our products.

Kokeshi Gallery sells Kokeshi Art and these art pieces do not like humidity, water or sunrays! Please protect them from direct sunlight. To remove dust, please use a dry cloth to wipe them. Kokeshi Gallery, represented y Fakapapa bv.,  is not reliable for any damage caused by the use of our products. Kokeshi Gallery does not reimburse damages that might be caused by the use of our products.
