Shipping Policy

We ship Worldwide. All orders are shipped from Belgium with care using high quality packing materials. We ship your order within 1 up to 4 business days after your payment is received. We ship your order to the address you provided us with. Please check whether it is spelled correctly and make sure it is the right one! Kokeshi Gallery, represented by Fakapapa bv., is not liable for undelivered packages if your make a mistake against your name and/or address.

All orders can be shipped for free through our Insured Standard Shipping Plan. Express shipment Services are available and optional. They require an additional shipping fee base on the carrier you select and the shipment's destination country.

Our Free Insured Standard Shipping Plan ships your order with tracking through our Belgian Postal Services BPost. We have a business contract with them and are very happy with their services. The following are average delivery times (in business days) as stated by the Belgian Postal Services BPost:

Destination Belgium: 1 to 2 business days after shipping.
Destination Europe: 2 to 10 business days after shipping.
Destination World: 2 to 10 business days after shipping.

All delivery times are stated as indications given by the Belgian Postal Service BPost and Kokeshi Gallery, represented by Fakapapa bv., cannot be held liable for any delays on their side. Delays can also be observed when your shipment has to pass through customs.

Our Paid Insured Express Shipping Plan ships your package with tracking through our Belgian Postal Services BPost. We have a business contract with them and are very happy with their services. Destination Belgium: Next day delivery after shipping.
Destination Europe: within 2 business days after shipping.
Destination World: within 5 business days after shipping.

Note on Customs:
Kokeshi Gallery, represented by Fakapapa bv., adheres to provide accurate information for custom declaration if required. Customs charges may apply, depending on the total shipping amount and the Customer's country legislation. Any custom fees are at the charge of the Customer. Kokeshi Gallery, represented by Fakapapa bv., is not liable for what happens to the ordered items when the Customer refrains from paying these customs charges.

Note on Force Majeur:
Processing time and delivery time may be delayed for any cause placing Kokeshi Gallery, represented by Fakapapa bv, in the impossibility to fulfill his obligations, especially in case of Force Majeur. Force majeur describes all situations over which the Seller cannot reasonably have any measure of control, such as, but not exclusively, a strike, an embargo, a natural disaster, a fire, or similar situations such as an unforeseen breakdown in the manufacturing or delivery process. Kokeshi Gallery, represented by Fakapapa bv., is not responsible in case of force majeur of any kind where the Seller in the impossibility to fulfill his obligations. In these cases, the Seller is not obliged to refund the items when lost or damaged. If this occurs, the Customer may contact the Seller through the contact form to find together an arrangement based on the Sellers goodwill.
