This is a numbered kokeshi by Yuji Watanabe. She is number 7 from a series of 50. Her title is quite difficult to translate as it refers to a small weight of flowers. What I love about this kokeshi and kokeshi by Yuji Watanabe in general is when a ribbon is added to the hair of the kokeshi. This gives the work so much more finesse. This kokeshi was partof our private collection.
