Although Yuji Watanabe 渡辺雄二 is primarily renowned for his award-winning kokeshi dolls, he also created a small number of prints. This framed limited-edition print (4/50) features a stylized female figure with a calm expression, set against a deep red background. The elegant kimono patterns and simplified forms reflect the same refined aesthetic and craftsmanship that made Watanabe one of the most respected contemporary kokeshi artists.
